As part of his global risk and national security practice, Mr. Ganji, based in Milbank’s Washington, DC office, advises on compliance and risk management with respect to legal regimes tied to foreign policy and national security, including economic and financial sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury and export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the US Department of Commerce and the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the US Department of State.
