Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Gurbir S. Grewal will speak at the 2024 International White Collar Crime Symposium on Tuesday, December 3. Mr. Grewal, the former Director of the Division of Enforcement of the US Securities & Exchange Commission, is a panelist on the featured roundtable about expectations of enforcement post-election.
