Milbank LLP is pleased to announce that Eugene Park has joined the firm’s New York office as special counsel in the Alternative Investments Practice.
Mr. Park’s practice focuses on special situation and opportunistic financing transactions. Mr. Park represents borrowers, equity sponsors, and credit investors in a wide range of liability management matters, opportunistic and distressed financings, and restructurings.

Mr. Park joins Milbank from the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner in the Debt Finance Group focusing on liability management and credit opportunities. He received his JD from University of Chicago Law School.
