This year’s annual program was focused on gaining a better understanding of the current state of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
In this roundtable discussion, panelists discussed ways in which practitioners can continue to support organizational goals in line with regulatory expectations. Among other topics, panelists covered pipeline considerations, professional development and accountability.
