Milbank LLP acted as special New York counsel to the underwriters in connection with Brookfield Infrastructure Finance ULC’s issuance of $158 million 7.250% subordinated notes due 2084. Brookfield Infrastructure is one of the largest owners and operators of global utilities, transportation, energy and communications infrastructure networks.
The Milbank deal team was led by Corporate Finance and Securities partner Paul Denaro and associates Alexander Becker, Mackenzie Martin and Devarshi Mukhopadhyay.
