Milbank LLP represented Saavi Energía (“Saavi”), a portfolio company of Global Infrastructure Partners, in connection with the acquisition of the Tierra Mojada combined cycle power plant in Jalisco, Mexico from Fisterra and Blackstone.
The Milbank team was led by M&A partners Dean Sattler and Andrew Fadale, with Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance partners Dan Bartfeld and Carolina Walther-Meade leading Saavi’s financing in connection with the transaction and assisting with a related LC facility.
