Milbank advised the (indirect) shareholders of Pamono GmbH (“Pamono”) on the sale of their entire stake to Chairish Inc. (“Chairish”) and a related roll-over of their investment into Chairish, respectively. Chairish is an American high-end home décor marketplace based in San Francisco.
Pamono operates a major European marketplace with an inventory of more than 250,000 vintage and antique furnishings and art sourced from over 2,000 professional galleries. The combination of Pamono’s and Chairish’s businesses is expected to be highly synergistic.
