Milbank LLP advised a consortium of sellers, including Mitsui and Co., Ltd., Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., JERA Co., Inc., Tohoku Power Investment Company B.V. and Chubu Electric Power Falcon B.V., in their sale of 100% of the equity interests in MT Falcon Holdings Company, S.A.P.I. de C.V. to an affiliate of Actis. MT Falcon Holdings Company, S.A.P.I. de C.V., is a leading independent power producer in Mexico that owns a diversified portfolio of five highly efficient and contracted CCGT power plants, as well as a 54 km natural gas pipeline.
