Milbank LLP represented the lenders in connection with the acquisition by Global Infrastructure Partners (“GIP”) of equity interests in certain affiliates of Atlas Renewable Energy, which are developing and operating renewable energy projects in Chile, Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico.
