Milbank LLP advised Kögel Trailer GmbH on the refinancing of its existing syndicated loan agreement. As part of the transaction, a new syndicated loan agreement was concluded, providing for a €45 million revolving credit facility.
Kögel Trailer GmbH is a European manufacturer of trailers and transport solutions for logistics and construction industries. Headquartered in Burtenbach, Bavaria, the company has been providing commercial vehicles “Made in Germany” for over 90 years.
