Milbank LLP represented Knighthead Capital Management, LLC in connection with the strategic partnership between LEGACY MOTOR CLUB (“LEGACY MC”) and Knighthead, acting on behalf of certain of its affiliates and accounts (“Knighthead”). LEGACY MC is a premier auto racing organization co-founded by entrepreneur Maury Gallagher and seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and 2024 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Jimmie Johnson. As part of the strategic partnership, Knighthead will acquire a minority stake in LEGACY MC.
