Milbank LLP advised the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners in connection with the refinancing of América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V.’s US$2.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility. América Móvil is Mexico and Latin America’s largest telecommunications company in terms of assets and customers. The transaction closed on February 13, 2024.
The Milbank deal team was led by Corporate Finance and Securities partner Carlos Albarracín, along with associate Marco Zaldivar and international attorney Enrique Lopez Scherer. The team also included Tax partner Andrew Walker and associate Michelle Song.
