Milbank LLP has advised funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital ("BU") on the financing of the acquisition of Netrics Holding AG (“Netrics”), a leading Swiss IT cloud-managed services provider that was previously held by Waterland Private Equity Investments. The terms of the transaction, which closed on December 20, 2023, were not disclosed.
