Milbank LLP advised the dealer managers in connection with an exchange offer by Verizon, which included the issuance of approximately $2.2 billion of new 4.780% Notes due 2035 for an aggregate principal amount of approximately $2.3 billion of ten series of notes that were validly tendered and accepted for exchange.
This was structured as a 21-business day exchange offer with an initial 10-business day early participation period and early settlement.
