Milbank LLP advised BCPG Public Company Limited, a leading renewable energy company in Thailand and Asia-Pacific, on its investment in two natural gas power plants in the United States through a joint venture between BCPG USA Inc., a subsidiary of BCPG Public Company Limited, and Advanced Power, an experienced local developer and asset manager of independent power generation projects in the United States. The joint venture owns minority interests in the 700-MW Carroll County Energy facility and the 1,182-MW South Field Energy facility.
