Milbank LLP advised Flender, a Carlyle portfolio company, in its acquisition of Finnish wind turbine gearbox manufacturer Moventas from investor N4 partners.

Moventas, headquartered in Jyväskylä, Finland, is a renewable energy technology expert with 40 years of experience in wind turbine gearbox design, manufacturing and service.
