Milbank LLP advised AMP Solar Group Inc. in connection with the $350 million financing for a portfolio of solar and solar plus storage projects located in the United States, Japan and Australia.
The Milbank team was led by Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure partners Tim Wendling and Jeff Leider, along with associates Micaela McLean and John Kim.
