FRANKFURT, 2 April, 2014 - The Scheer Group GmbH, a network of IT companies for software and consulting, signed an agreement to acquire IDS Scheer Consulting GmbH from Software AG. Thereby, Scheer Group GmbH takes over the SAP consulting business of Software AG in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
