Peter is a senior associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Group, specialising in international arbitration conducted under all of the major rules. He has more than 15 years’ experience acting as counsel and advocate in a broad range of disputes, with a strong focus on cases relating to energy, construction, infrastructure and telecoms projects. Peter also has considerable experience in High Court and Court of Appeal litigation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication and expert determination.

Peter is an accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He regularly publishes arbitration related articles, and co-authored the arbitration chapter on international arbitration in “Dispute Resolution in the Energy Sector: A Practitioner’s Handbook” (Globe Law & Business 2012).
